Local Roads Restoration
Project Description: Under FEMA’s Public Assistance Program, our experts successfully argued that FEMA’s original Scope of Work was wholly insufficient for road repairs. The final Scopes reflected a 700% increase in grant funding to match the more accurate Scopes. And under 406 Mitigation, the additional funds secured for mitigation averaged and additional 60% fundings above the repair costs.
The revised scopes were then applied to the road repairs required for large scale subsurface utility repairs resulting is $3.5 billion in road repair funding instead of $500 million.
Project Value: The total grant funding was $3,500,000,000
